Free 14-day exchanges on shop designed inventory for Kioko Members; buyers with guest accounts are ineligible and return shipping fees will be their responsibility. Items must be returned in NEW, UNWORN condition and in it's original packaging.

Due to the customized nature of these products, Digital files, Drinkware & Custom Products are ineligible for returns or exchanges. See policies pages for guidance on submitting a damage claim.
If the item is damaged upon delivery it can be replaced as long as KIOKO is notified of the damage within 72 hours of postal delivery.
