Customers can cancel/modify your order within the first 30 mins of placing the order directly from your customer account's order page (individuals who check out as guest do not have this option). To avoid any delays, orders will not be able to be canceled or modified from the customer's order page after the 30mins grace period has passed.

If cancellation is needed after the 30mins window and for up 1 business day, not including times outside of normal business hours or weekends, Team Kioko® will charge a non-negotiable 15% handling fee which shall cover any transaction charges we accrued from our third-party payment processors during your order transaction. 

*** Rush orders ineligible for cancellation. Orders that have already started production or are in transit cannot and will not be canceled. No orders will be canceled after 1 business day.
