CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled, no hassle, within one (1) hour of placement directly from the customers order history page (individuals who check out as guest do not have this option and will need to contact our team directly). Cancellations on in-stock inventory after this window and within 24hrs are subject to a 20% cancellation/restock fee if processing has not begun which shall cover any transaction charges we accrued from our third-party payment processors during your order transaction.

Same-day and rush orders are ineligible for cancellation. If production has started, cancellations will not be accepted. To avoid any delays, cancellations will not be made after 24hrs of purchase. If an order for shop inventory has printed but not shipped, only the shipping fee may be refunded at Team Kioko® discretion.

*** Rush orders are ineligible for cancellation after the 1hr grace period. Orders that have already started production or are in transit cannot and will not be canceled regardless of whether it was before or after the 1hr cancellation period. No orders will be canceled after 1 business day.
