IMAGE Requirements
*** VERY IMPORTANT!
ARTWORK MUST BE PRINT-READY.
Please do not submit mirrored images. Our machine software will take care of this automatically.
ALL IMAGES ARE PRINTED AS IS... Make sure the artwork dimensions are exact. We will not resize your artwork.
300 DPI resolution is highly recommended for the best quality. Images should be in PNG file format which has a transparent background. DTF printers use white ink so white backgrounds will be printed, if present.
We are licensed to print for certain organizations therefore we understand the importance when you have taken the proper legal action and been awarded the legal right to use trademarks for your business. Trademarked images (Professional sports teams, Universities, Disney, fashion brands, etc) will ONLY be accepted if you have proof you are legally licensed to print the artwork and you accept full responsibility for any legal action taken for the production of the items. You will be required to provide the documentation and it will stay on file with your order for legal purposes. Screenshots of images and watermarked images will NOT be accepted. (Orders submitted with these items WILL NOT be printed and any refunds requested will only be issued in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY because the policies are visible therefore you acknowledge this understanding when submitting artwork to be produced.)
RUSH Production & SHIPPING Timeframes
Our DTF transfers are printed in-house by our own staff with love and care on a high-speed, large format machine. All of our DTF products are typically produced and shipped from our facility within 2 – 3 business days.
Shipping/transit times selected at checkout apply once your order has shipped.
- In case your order includes not only DTF transfers but other products, all items will be shipped together, once printing is completed, and with all other products. If you need other products in advance of print completion, please order those products separately.

RUSH PROCESSING IS AVAILABLE on a first-come first-served basis.
$65 SAME DAY RUSH - we will provide a a same-day rush printing service, provided the order is placed before 11AM EST. It will be completed by the end of the business day, and available for pickup or shipped as the order dictates.
$45 NEXT DAY RUSH - we will provide a 24 HR rush printing service, provided the order is placed before 11AM EST. It will be completed by the end of the business day, and available for pickup or shipped as the order dictates.
Please be sure to add the respective rush fee to your cart during your checkout process. Expedited shipping methods are a separate service from printing and selected during checkout.

DTF Transfers
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
DTF Transfer Paper Application Instructions
If present, please trim off any color registration strips and order id information from around your image, using scissors. These will transfer to the garment if not removed.
Preheat the garment for 3-5 seconds to remove excess moisture. Let the garment cool before adding the transfer.
Place the transfer on the shirt - white side down, image facing up.
Press at 300F for 15 seconds under very firm pressure.
Wait for the carrier sheet to cool completely before peeling. Peel cold.
Cover the image with parchment paper and press again for 5 seconds. You can use a Teflon sheet, butcher paper, or tissue paper.
***Please note: If the image does not come off completely, repress with the image in place, let it cool, and repeel the film.
Care Instructions: Turn the garment inside out. Machine wash cold. No bleach. No softener. Do not dry clean or iron. Tumble dry low.
SUBLIMATION Transfers
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
SUBLIMATION Transfer Paper Application Instructions
Preheat the garment for 3-5 seconds to remove excess moisture. Let the garment cool before adding the transfer.
Place the transfer on the shirt - color side down, image facing down.
Cover the image and garment with butcher or parchment paper.
Press at 400F for 90 seconds under very firm pressure.
Peel immediately. HOT Peel.
Care Instructions: Turn the garment inside out. Machine wash cold. No bleach. No softener. Do not dry clean or iron. Tumble dry low.
