 *If you are not 100% satisfied, return your original purchased "clothing, tumblers, mugs, bags, and accessories items" in new/unwashed condition within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange or store credit of the product purchase price (original shipping charges are non-refundable). All custom tshirt transfers, tumblers, mugs, and accessories orders are final sale and non-exchangeable or refundable however if shipping issues are experienced during delivery notification must be provided within 72hrs from the verified postal delivery provided via tracking to apply for a claim. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted by Kioko Clothing Company during the claims and returns process.

We offer a PRINT ON DEMAND service therefore ALL CUSTOM PRINTING SERVICES SALES ARE FINALE.  Exchanges may be requested for unused, unworn, returned shop designs for apparel.

REFUNDS

All custom printing sales for apparel, drink-ware, t-shirt transfers, accessories, etc., are FINAL.

A return/refund may be requested for apparel bearing a shop design. Refunds will not be processed until all items are received back to our warehouse in unused, unworn, new condition just as it was when delivered.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. A 30% service fee will also be deducted. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees will not be refunded. 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

For apparel we will exchange sizes if item(s) do not fit properly of any SHOP DESIGN. The customer is responsible for the shipping fees (return and new shipping charges) associated with all exchanges unless it is determined that there was a shop error when processing the requirement. (Some restrictions apply, please see details below). 

Digital, custom printed transfers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. 

All custom clothing items, including wholesale purchases, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it in.

The item must be defective or you have received the incorrect item. You may request an exchange if sizing needs to be switched.

The exchange must be requested within 7 days from the delivery date.

ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges by Mail are valid within 7 days from the original delivery date according to the postal service's tracking information. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached, accompanied by the invoice. Include a note in your exchange noting the new size, color, etc. that you would like.

1. If you possess an item that is eligible to be exchanged and would like to request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange, if necessary images will need to be included. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to exchange items from your order. The details of your RMA will determine if the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges or if they are covered by our company.

2. Securely pack your merchandise, return form and invoice in a box, envelope or bag of your choice. Use original packaging if possible.

3. Once your package is ready, choose a mail carrier (preferably UPS or USPS), pay for postage, and send to the address below:

4. We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as UPS or USPS. Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning, to ensure that the package has been delivered back to our warehouse. Return shipping is not refundable. Exchange shipping is not refundable.

  • Once the exchange has been received and processed by our warehouse, you will receive an email to the one provided with your order titled "Notice of Exchange" which is a copy of the exchange for your records. 
  • You should expect to receive your exchange within 1-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive an exchange more quickly. This time period includes the transit time to for us to receive your exchange from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to quality check and process your exchange once we receive it (1-3 business days), and the time it takes to reship another item (1-2 business days).
  • No exchanges will be shipped prior to receiving the garment that was delivered to the customer back at our office.
  • Original shipping costs incurred are non-refundable. 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS ON SALE OR FINAL PROMOTION?

•  All gift cards, face masks, digital printed transfers, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged by Mail or In-Store.
•  All "Final Sale" items listed at 50-70% off, or under a Buy 4 Get 1 Free promotion cannot be returned or exchanged by Mail or In-store.

HOW DO I RETURN A DAMAGED ITEM?

If you receive a damaged or defective item in your order, please reach out to our Customer Support team via contact us and include a photo of the item and packaging. We will do our best to exchange the item if still in stock.

CANCELLATIONS

Same day shipping requests are ineligible to be cancelled. Next day shipping requests have 1 hour from the time the order is made to request a cancellation.  Regular processing orders have until the end of the day in which the purchase is made to request a cancellation. No cancellations will be accepted after these designated timeframes. 

WASHED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE

  • Please review the following & fill out the online form below if within 10 days from the date your order is delivered for an RMA# and FREE Return Shipping Label if you opted to add the Route Insurance and insure your package.
  • Products must be in the condition you received them - clean, unwashed, unworn, & with all tags attached. Any item returned that is washed, worn, dirty or damaged, marked as not returnable, or marked as discontinued will be refused & returned to you at your expense.
  • Once your return is received, inspected, & approved by our warehouse (usually within 10 business days of receipt) your exchange or refund will be processed. No return or exchange will be credited until all the original items are received back to our warehouse and inspected.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
  • The following items are EXEMPT from the FREE return label offer: hemmed, dirty, damaged, discontinued, closeout, special order, international orders, bulk orders, custom orders, socks, underwear, bras, soap, lip balm, face coverings, hand sanitizer, and hats. 
  • Hem fees are non-refundable & non-transferable.
  • * Free returns do not apply to 'discount rack' items, other non-returnable items, OVERSTOCK, or deeply discounted items (more than 40% off).
  • * Free Shipping offers, Free Returns, and Rewards Points are for domestic internet retail orders only.
  • * Gift Certificates cannot be returned, discounted, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any item returned that is deemed unsellable.
