All items are Produce-On-Demand. This means the orders will be processed and produced as soon as you purchase. (Direct-to-Garment, Embroidery, Sublimation, Custom Products, all items).
We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing for all orders starts directly after the 1 business day cancellation window, unless it is a rush shipment. Rush shipments will process at their advertised timeframes. Rush shipments cannot be modified or canceled. Please refer to the time frame below.
Due to COVID we are currently only offering shipping in the US and limited International Shipping (includes U.S. territories or military bases). We are NOT currently accepting any returns.

PRODUCTION TIMEYou can change the order details (change size, color, quantity) or cancel the order within the first 30mins from your customer account's order page for FREE. You will need to email if you want to cancel after the 30min grace period and for up to 1 business day after the order has been made. A non-negotiable 15% handling fee will apply if Team Kioko must manually process your cancellation. Email us at orders@kiokoclothingco.com and be sure to have your order number readily available and included as the subject of the email.
We typically take about 2-10 business days to arrange orders, depending on the type of product. Be sure to see the processing details located in the information box sections located on the product page. If ordering multiple items, the processing timeframe will be based on the product with the longest processing time especially if you want them to shipping fee.
The detailed time-frame for production correspondence with the products (not including shipping time):
- Printed apparel (regular/partial printing): 2-5 business days
- Bulk orders (depending on quantity) 4-10 business days
- All Over Print apparel (Full Prints/3D Printing): 7-10 business days
- Homewares and Home decor: 4-10 business days
- Footwear: 10-12 business days
- Bags & Handbags: 5-12 business days
- Phone case, mugs, posters, accessories, and others: 5-12 business days
Customers are able to choose their own shipping rates during order confirmation. Your order will be shipped using the method you select and pay for during the checkout process.
Please be informed:
- The Shipping Time excludes Production Time.
- China Post will be applied if your addresses are in remote areas informed by the courier.
- At present, we are sorry that the shipping cannot deliver to APO/ FPO/DPO.Â
- If your order is personalized and/or needs modifications, you will need to make sure you make the change during your 30 min grace period from your customer account's order page.
In case you want to change the shipping method, please kindly contact our orders@kiokoclothingco.com within 1 business to know how to charge the additional shipping fee.
Insurance is not mandatory, but we offer you to choose Insurance if your delivery man often leaves the package in your mailbox (is more likely to be stolen). If a package is lost or stolen the customer will be responsible for opening an investigation with the respective shipping company. Kioko® does not process refunds for lost or stolen packages nor do we manage them, that is a postal carrier responsibility only.
All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. This can cause shipping to take up to 40-50 days (except the Express Shipping) if shipping international.
Please note that shipping to some special locations or remote areas may be charged higher shipping costs.
If customers provides the incorrect addresses and need a re-delivery. Re-shipping cost will be $19.99, plus the price of the new shipping fee to your location (and can take up to 7-45 days to be delivered).
We can only process reshipments for packages that went to the wrong address and have been returned to sender (back to our warehouse). Reshipments cannot and will not be process if we do not receive the package back. The customer will be responsible for opening an investigation with the postal carrier. No refunds will be processed for shipping errors occurred because the customer provided the wrong information.Â

CAN I SHIP THE ORDER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We only offer single-destination shipping. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please order separately with separate addresses.

CAN I SHIP TO A PO BOX OR MILITARY APO/ FPO/DPO?
We can deliver orders to PO Box by USPS only (Standard Shipping). Please note that customers need to be aware to pick up at the local Post Office. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please open an investigation with the respective postal carrier.
At present, we are sorry that we do not have shipping methods to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders do not apply for free shipping or free returns.
