KIOKO (Kioko Clothing Company) makes every effort to ensure you get a quality custom heat transfer for each order. Due to the nature of the high speed production and quick turn around times, there may be an order that escapes our Q/C department. We guarantee to replace any defective clothing, apparel, accessories, and all other items excluding heat transfers within 7 days of delivery and all heat transfers within 72 hours of delivery (based on the postal services tracking and delivery confirmation). The customer is responsible for providing images of the damaged products and submitting an exchange request within the specified timeframe. Instructions for the requirements for all exchanges will be listed on each individual RMA on a case by case basis. At no time will any reships be made until the customer has met all the requirements for their replacement.
Our warranty policy covers only the replacement of the heat transfers, not refunds. We are not responsible for the replacement of any item you apply our transfers to. We ask that you always test one transfer before proceeding with your entire production. Our staff is available for technical support if you have any issues with the application or a failure of the transfer to adhere to your products.
Our custom heat transfers are formulated to work for specific fabric types. Just because a transfer may apply perfectly to one type of fabric does not mean it may work on another. Custom heat transfers are not returnable or refundable unless we have deemed the transfer to be defective. We ask that you send details of any issues you may have and provide photographs of the application as well as information on your application equipment.
Prices and Product Specifications
Prices shown are list prices and are subject to trade discount and to change without notice. Prices may also be changed without notice due to unforeseen cost increases of imported products, raw materials, or currency fluctuations. We carefully check pricing and product specifications, but occasionally errors can occur, therefore we reserve the right to change both without notice. We are not responsible for customer pricing errors.
Peak Season Shipping Information
Turn around times for custom transfer orders are based on our standard working business hours. We manufacture Monday - Friday. Orders placed via our online store will be processed the next business day. We observe most United States Holidays and during a holiday schedule we will process your order on the next business day following the holiday.
Kioko Clothing Company will not guarantee your order will ship out on the day that it's scheduled unless you have paid for a "Rush Service" and met the guaranteed timing deadlines listed within the product information for the specific items. Aside from this, we do not guarantee that your order will ship the same day. We do our best to maintain daily production schedules, however due to the nature of our manufacturing process, unforeseen events may occur which may cause a delay.
