Gang Sheet Set Up Fee Transfers

Need assistance preparing your wholesale gang sheets? Add this setup fee to your cart and we will take care of fixing resolution and resizing issues. Kioko Clothing Company does not change any individual images since this is NOT a graphic design service, but instead will resize a gang sheet to the size you are ordering. The resizing of the gang sheet is based on the original ratio of the image(s) the customer submitted.
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. The gang sheet setup fee is not eligible on same day shipping orders. If you would like expedited shipping, please add the rush fee and upgrade your shipping during the checkout process at your own leisure. Kioko does not cover shipping upgrades.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees (if applicable).
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and location. The cost for shipping will be included in your order quote and invoice. Once an order is shipped through the carrier, all product handling and deliveries are the responsibility of the selected carrier.Returns Policy
Free 14-day exchanges on shop designed inventory for Kioko Members; buyers with guest accounts are ineligible and return shipping fees will be their responsibility. Items must be returned in NEW, UNWORN condition and in it's original packaging.
Damaged Items
If the item is damaged upon delivery it can be replaced as long as KIOKO is notified of the damage within 72 hours of postal delivery. Please be sure that if you feel there was a mistake in your order on our part please reach out to our team within 72 hours of delivery (shown on tracking via the carrier) and we will do everything in our power to make it right. Please note that damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If damage was rendered it is the customer's responsibility to submit a claim through the respective postal carrier for the quickest solution.
