CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Machine wash cold with like colors. Non-chlorine bleach, when needed. Tumble dry low. Warm iron, if necessary and be sure not to over expose the print to heat.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
PLEASE SEND YOUR ARTWORK AT THE SIZE YOU WOULD LIKE IT PRINTED.
If not, your image will result in a smaller print than expected. Customers must size their files appropriately because we are not able to tell if it was an error or in fact your intent to have it printed the way it's submitted. The customer is responsible for checking all artwork before it is submitted to be printed. Kioko WILL NOT edit any artwork unless the Basic Editing service has been added to the order and requested; otherwise artwork prints as is. If errors are made, cancellations can be made in the customer account page up to 30 mins after the order is confirmed and paid, no cancellations will be accepted after this timeframe because the customer has the ability to process their own cancellation from their order history page. Once cancelled you may reorder and submit the artwork correctly.SHIPPING & RETURNS
Returns Policy
All sales of material are final for "CUSTOM PRODUCTS" excluding notifications of "DAMAGE UPON DELIVERY". To exchnage a product which has been damaged during delivery a request must be submitted to KIOKO within 48 hours of confirmed postal delivery (seen on the tracking history). No exceptions. The original item will be returned and exchanged for the exact same item.
Shipping
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require photos of the proof of damage. Including the package with our label showing and the item itself.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without return confirmation from KIOKO because a return or exchange will not be honored.
The customer is responsible for the shipping fee for returns made and not approved and the outgoing shipping fee will not be refunded. KIOKO covers the return/exchange fee on a case by case basis when a damage request is submitted.
No exchanges will be made until the postal service confirms receipt of the damaged item and updates the tracking to show they have it within their possesion and are returning the item to KIOKO.
