Rights to this design are non-transferrable and file sharing or reselling on any platform is prohibited.

SHIPPING & REFUNDS
Digital files are a downloadable item. No item will be shipped. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued once an order is system marked as completed. If you have issues downloading the file please contact sales@kiokoclothingco.com for assistance.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees (if applicable).
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and location. The cost for shipping will be included in your order quote and invoice. Once an order is shipped through the carrier, all product handling and deliveries are the responsibility of the selected carrier.Returns Policy
Free 14-day exchanges on shop designed inventory for Kioko Members; buyers with guest accounts are ineligible and return shipping fees will be their responsibility. Items must be returned in NEW, UNWORN condition and in it's original packaging.
Damaged Items
If the item is damaged upon delivery it can be replaced as long as KIOKO is notified of the damage within 72 hours of postal delivery. Please be sure that if you feel there was a mistake in your order on our part please reach out to our team within 72 hours of delivery (shown on tracking via the carrier) and we will do everything in our power to make it right. Please note that damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If damage was rendered it is the customer's responsibility to submit a claim through the respective postal carrier for the quickest solution.
