Returns Policy
Free 14-day exchanges on shop designed inventory for Kioko Members; buyers with guest accounts are ineligible and return shipping fees will be their responsibility. Items must be returned in NEW, UNWORN condition and in it's original packaging.
Custom Products, Digital Files, TShirt Transfers, & Drinkware
Due to the customized nature of these products, Digital files, Drinkware & Custom Products are ineligible for returns or exchanges. See policies pages for guidance on submitting a damage claim.
If the item is damaged upon delivery it can be replaced as long as KIOKO is notified of the damage within 72 hours of postal delivery. Please be sure that if you feel there was a mistake in your order on my part or damage cause in transit please reach out to me within 72 hours of delivery and I will do everything in my power to make it right.
