At Kioko Clothing Company, we believe in making your vision come to life. If our current design options don't quite capture your unique style, our Basic Editing Fee is the perfect solution. For a small additional charge, our talented design team will collaborate with you to tailor eligible products to your exact specifications. Whether it's tweaking colors, adding personalized text, or adjusting elements we ensure that your customized apparel reflects your individuality.
What's Included:
- Personalized design consultation to understand your vision
- Adjustments to existing designs, text additions, and minor element modifications
- Professional editing by our skilled graphic designers
- One proof & one revision for your approval before production. All additional revision requests will be $10 each.
What's Not Included:
- The creation of an entirely new design.
- None of the main elements will be removed however you can ask to alter texts, placements, and possibly add a small element within the design.
- For a truly custom brand new design you can contact our team for a quote since price varies by the details of each job.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees (if applicable).
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and location. The cost for shipping will be included in your order quote and invoice. Once an order is shipped through the carrier, all product handling and deliveries are the responsibility of the selected carrier.Returns Policy
Free 14-day exchanges on shop designed inventory for Kioko Members; buyers with guest accounts are ineligible and return shipping fees will be their responsibility. Items must be returned in NEW, UNWORN condition and in it's original packaging.
Damaged Items
If the item is damaged upon delivery it can be replaced as long as KIOKO is notified of the damage within 72 hours of postal delivery. Please be sure that if you feel there was a mistake in your order on our part please reach out to our team within 72 hours of delivery (shown on tracking via the carrier) and we will do everything in our power to make it right. Please note that damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If damage was rendered it is the customer's responsibility to submit a claim through the respective postal carrier for the quickest solution.
